From Longton and Proud are the custodians of the The Little Longton Book Exchange.
The Little Longton Book Exchange is a community-driven initiative proudly managed by Longton and Proud CIC. Located in the heart of Longton, Staffordshire, the Book Exchange offers more than just a place to swap books—it’s a hub for connection, support, and kindness.
Alongside the book exchange, we host regular coffee mornings, providing a welcoming space for locals to gather, chat, and enjoy a hot drink. We also run a school uniform exchange, where families can pick up essential school clothing for free. In addition, our Winter Warmers initiative offers free clothing, including coats, hats, and scarves, to help keep everyone warm during the colder months.
We warmly welcome clothing and book donations all year round. To help ensure we can continue providing these services, we also appreciate any financial support from those who are able to give.
